What is Same But Not™ shipping policy? 

Our domestic orders are sent via a mix of carriers - USPS, UPS, FedEx etc. The exact carrier is auto-determined during fulfillment. If you need to avoid a specific carrier, please shoot us an email immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate!   


I live outside the United States. Is Same But Notavailable internationally?

Currently, we are not shipping Internationally but we are working to expand our international shipping capabilities soon! 


When will my order ship? 

Once you place your order, processing typically takes 7-15 business days. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our hands.  


My order shows delivered on the UPS/DHL/USPS website but I can't find it anywhere. What should I do?

Send us an email at LetsTalk@samebutnot.com and please include your order number. Most packages do turn up in a day or two but after that we are happy to open a case with the carrier on your behalf.


What’s your return policy?

All purchases are FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges. With that being said we want you to love your Same But Not pieces! If your item has arrived damaged or you are unsatisfied with your purchase please email us letstalk@samebutnot.com and we will gladly assist you.
